• 12 years of serving experience in a highvolume or upscale dining environment
• A genuine passion for hospitality and Guest connection
• Strong communication skills and a teamfirst mindset
• High standards for appearance, punctuality, and professionalism
• Ability to work on your feet and lift up to 50 lbs
• A growthoriented attitude always seeking to improve, innovate, and lead

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As a Server, you are a key player in crafting a one-of-a-kind guest experience. You’ll act as both an Ambassador and Experience Guide, ensuring every Guest feels welcome, valued, and inspired to return.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Delivering sincere, positive, and attentive hospitality to every Guest
• Executing flawless table service, from the greet to the farewell
• Supporting Team Members through proactive, handson assistance
• Mastering menu knowledge including wine, spirits, and culinary details
• Maintaining impeccable professionalism, poise, and energy throughout the shift
• Ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and ABC regulations
• Contributing to a culture of collaboration, feedback, and mutual respect
