A great opportunity for a Tax Accountant to work for a Business Accounting and Tax Practice, Fellow Members of the Institute of Public Accountants (IPA), that serve a variety of premium business clients based in Norwest Business Park in Baulkham Hills.

Job Tasks and Responsibilities will include:​

• Preparation of Business Financial statements;
• Preparation of Business Tax Returns for Sole Traders, Partnerships, Companies, Trusts & SMSFs;
• Preparation of Business Activity Statements;
• Client and ATO liaison and business development;
• Supervision of junior accountants & reporting to management.

Skills and Experience of ideal candidate:​

• Diploma/degree qualified with a minimum of three (3) years Australian Public Practice experience in preparation of business financial statements, business income tax returns and business activity statements;
• Have an advanced working knowledge of Sage Handisoft (Tax and Ledger), MYOB, Xero and Microsoft Excel;
• Be able to present detailed and accurate business accounts;
• Be able to work hard under pressure to meet strict deadlines and have excellent communication and teamwork skills.
