I am looking for a Tax Accountant for an accounting firm in Montreal.

Your responsibilities:

• Review and identify technical issues in tax compliance files for corporations, trusts, and individuals,
• Conduct tax research on various Canadian tax issues and analyze new legislation,
• Make representations to tax authorities,
• Participate in training sessions for the firm’s professionals,
• Participate in the management of corporate reorganization and tax planning files,
• Draft reorganization and tax planning memoranda,
• Support directors and partners in their various tax mandates.
