OUR CLIENT IS LOOKING FOR A TAX MANAGER FOR THEIR SMALL CPA FIRM.

They focus on businesses and high net-worth clients, and act as true business advisors.
Location: Omaha, NE - onsite, offering flexibility as needed

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and manage multiple tax engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients, including corporations, and high-net-worth individuals.
  • Review complex tax returns and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations.
  • Provide strategic tax planning and consulting services to clients across industries.
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop junior staff and seniors, fostering a culture of learning and excellence.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and expert guidance.
  • Stay current on tax law changes and advise clients on potential impacts and opportunities.

What You Bring

  • CPA license preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
  • 5+ years of public accounting experience with a focus on tax.
  • Strong technical knowledge of tax regulations and reporting requirements.
  • Proven leadership and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
