THE OPPORTUNITY: TAX SUPERVISOR

This newly created Tax Supervisor role is ideal for someone who is:

• Currently working as a Senior Tax Accountant
• Looking for their first step into leadership
• Passionate about tax compliance and mentoring others

You’ll work closely with our leadership team, taking charge of reviewing complex compliance work, supporting junior team members, and contributing to the growth of the tax division.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review and oversee the preparation of tax returns (individual, company, trust, partnership)
• Lead and coach a team of junior and intermediate accountants
• Manage client communication and provide expert tax advice
• Ensure technical accuracy and compliance with ATO regulations
• Support Managers and Partners with tax planning and advisory work
