MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Tax, Business, Law or a related field, plus 2 years of related work experience. Alternatively, will accept a Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Tax, Business, Law or a related field, plus 1 year of related work experience.
Of the required work experience, must have 1 year of relevant tax experience or equivalent experience in business or the banking industry.
Must have 1 year of work experience in federal income taxation.
Must have 1 year of experience with ASC 740.
Must have 1 year of experience serving clients in the banking/capital markets industry, including retail, commercial or investment banks, brokers/dealers, or similar institutions.
Must have 1 year of experience with Tax Forms, including 1120, 1120 F, 1065, 8865, 5471, 8858, and/or 8621.
