Our Tax & Accounting Advisory professionals work directly with clients to improve financial clarity, solve operational challenges, and support growth. What You'll Be Doing Support tax preparation and planning for individuals, partnerships, and corporations Contribute to the preparation of financial statements and disclosures in accordance with US GAAP Work with internal teams to integrate tax considerations into broader accounting and advisory engagements Research tax laws and provide insights to support client needs Engage directly with clients and team members to gather financial data, resolve questions, and strengthen processes Gain exposure to a variety of industries and client challenges while building a strong foundation in tax and accounting advisory services Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field 1+ years of relevant experience in public accounting or client facing roles Familiarity with QuickBooks (a plus) and CCH (a plus) CPA track a plus Strong working knowledge of GAAP Self-starter mentality; ability to manage daily activity Strategic mindset with great attention to detail Confidence working with clients and team members alike A drive to grow, lead, and make an impact Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision) Retirement Plan (401k, IRA) Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D) Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays) Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity) Short Term & Long Term Disability Training & Development Work From Home Free Food & Snacks Wellness Resources Summer Fridays
