About this Position We are seeking a Junior Tax Administration Staff with around 1 year of experience who is eager to develop their career in tax administration. In this role, you will support the tax team in handling administrative processes related to tax engagements, including preparing draft engagement letters, maintaining documentation, and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of supporting data. You will work closely with consultants and the finance team to ensure that all administrative tasks are completed in accordance with internal procedures and timelines. Requirements Bachelors Degree, preferably in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field with a minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00. Minimum 1 year of experience in tax administration or related administrative role. Familiarity with basic documentation and administrative processes related to tax engagements. Good attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy and completeness of data. Able to coordinate effectively with internal teams such as consultants and finance. English communication skills, both oral and written. Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. A good team player who enjoys working collaboratively with people from diverse backgrounds. Job Descriptions Assist in preparing draft engagement letters based on templates or consultant instructions. Support basic revenue tracking and recording activities under supervisor guidance. Review documents and data to ensure accuracy and completeness before final submission. Coordinate with the finance team to ensure supporting documents are submitted properly. Provide administrative support to the tax team, including filing, scanning, and organizing documents. Follow established procedures, meet deadlines, and escalate issues to users when necessary.
