Description OUCU Financial is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Seasonal Tax Administrative Assistant to support our tax team during the busy tax season. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys administrative work with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality. Duties Include: Answers phone calls and responds to emails from current and potential tax clients. Provides information on how to navigate the process of our tax services. Creates and maintains workflows for clients who submit tax documents electronically. Ensures all documents are present. Contacts clients to obtain any missing tax information or documents. Manages electronic packaging queue to ensure completed returns are sent to tax clients to electronically sign. Schedules appointments for tax staff and provides other administrative support as needed. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in an office environment and providing customer service required. Knowledge of tax services strongly preferred. This is a full-time, seasonal position from mid-January to mid-April.
Responsibilities
The Tax Administrative Assistant will support the tax team by answering client inquiries, managing electronic workflows, and ensuring all necessary tax documents are collected. Additional duties include scheduling appointments and providing general administrative support during the busy tax season.
