In addition to taxation and social security, we help our corporate clients with assignment and tax policies, assignment agreements, obligations related to employment law, as well as work permit and settlement issues, among other things. In addition, we assist our clients in demanding prepayment and remuneration issues. We work in a wide range of client assignments in a strongly international work environment.  As a Tax Advisor, you will: * Carry out tax and social security reports and calculations related to domestic and international work * Assist with preparing individual income tax returns and tax card applications and other relevant applications and notifications for the employees of our client companies * Participate in providing extensive advice and preparing advance ruling applications related to prepayment and other employer obligations for our client companies, as well as assist in tax disputes * Be involved in implementing tasks related to remuneration systems or international employment law together with the rest of the team  * Gain a broader understanding of the requirements of working abroad and be able to participate in interesting tasks in international personal taxation and, if you wish, increase the responsibilities of your own role   You’re a strong candidate if you have * A relevant university degree in Business Administration or Law * A strong interest in taxation, with a clear ambition to develop into a specialist in international personal tax matters * At least three years of relevant experience in domestic and international individual taxation and tax compliance * Experience with tax prepayments and/or international social security matters is considered a strong advantage * A curious mindset and a strong drive for continuous learning and professional development * A proactive, independent, and detail-oriented approach to your work, with the ability to manage responsibilities in a structured manner * Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Finnish and English.
