Marnoa Private Wealth Counsel is an independent, cross-border wealth management firm registered in both Canada and the United States. We specialize in serving high-net-worth (HNW) individuals, including Canadian residents and dual citizens, with sophisticated financial planning and investment strategies.
As part of our strategic growth, we are launching an in-house tax advisory practice to provide comprehensive tax preparation and advanced planning services. We are seeking a client-focused CPA to lead this initiative.

QUALIFICATIONS

• CPA designation (Canada or U.S.) with 5+ years of experience in personal and corporate tax.
• Expertise in cross-border tax planning and HNW client services.
• Strong interpersonal skills and comfort in client-facing roles.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building and leading a new practice.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Establish and lead Marnoa’s tax advisory practice.
• Deliver expert tax planning and preparation services for HNW clients, including cross-border and dual citizenship complexities.
• Collaborate with financial planners and portfolio managers to provide integrated wealth solutions.
• Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and strategic tax guidance.
• Stay current on Canadian and U.S. tax regulations and identify planning opportunities.
