To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Transfer Pricing / International Tax Advisor (m/f/d). In this position, you will advise medium-sized companies and corporate groups on complex issues in international tax law and support projects related to transfer pricing, intra-group business relationships, and cross-border corporate structures.

Your future responsibilities:

- Independent tax advice for medium-sized companies and corporate groups with an international focus

- Support in the development, implementation, and documentation of transfer pricing systems

- Preparation and review of transfer pricing documentation according to national and international requirements

- Analysis and tax assessment of intra-group transactions

- Review and structuring of intercompany agreements from a tax and economic perspective

- Advice on cross-border business transactions and international corporate structures

- Support in restructurings, financing, M&A transactions, and group projects

- Preparation of tax opinions, expert reports, and recommendations

- Support during tax audits and external tax audits with a focus on transfer pricing

- Collaboration with foreign consultants and international network partners

- Support in developing existing client relationships and acquiring new clients
