We’re proud to say we’ve been named one of "Super Empresas Expansión 2025 Top Companies" Responsibilities: Act as a resource on regulatory matters with regard to product and policy changes. Support the preparation of policy briefs, reports, and presentations. Collaborate to prepare and organize forums and gatherings with stakeholders to exchange ideas and information on business activities and potential legislation that may affect the organization. Help ensure that the organization's interests are represented and protected in legislative and regulatory proceedings and in the development of market rules and procedures. Maintain databases and track regulatory changes. Represent the organization in assigned external business meetings. Participate as part of a team to develop and maintain policies and programs to ensure awareness of government legislation and regulatory issues that affect the organization. Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff. Guide management on regulatory and compliance issues to ensure compliance with legal Bachelor’s degree in law (Current license to practice law) Experience in a transport and logistics industry is an asset A minimum of 5 years of experience as a public affairs. (SAT/Tax Experience) Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing. Highly analytical with strong attention to detail. Outstanding managerial and negotiation skills.
