POSITION DESCRIPTION ::

• Perform account reconciliations
• Processing business license renewals
• Updating historical and current business license data
• Possibility of handling E911 tax compliance including matching and mailing tax returns with tax checks

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Accounting background 2+ years of experience
• Detail and process oriented
• Experience processing vendor payments, including checks.
• Experience with general ledger account reconciliations
• Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills, high proficiency in Excel
• Familiarity with tax return preparation or business license compliance is a plus
