Description

Are you a tax person that also enjoys technology and working with clients? If so, this may be a great opportunity for you! The Tax Analyst within our Global Client Success team at Equus Software will support our clients by answering their tax software related queries, explaining system functionality, and how that applies to them. You will help our clients gain maximum efficiencies from our Tax Engine to deliver their mobility programs. You will consult with our clients throughout the relationship, from Sales through to Onboarding and beyond. Responsibilities Client Success: combine your Mobility Tax and Equus Platform knowledge to answer client queries and provide guidance on how the platform works and how it can meet their needs. Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous reviews of platform configuration to identify and rectify any errors. Documentation and Support: Document, demonstrate, and provide support for tax configuration to internal and external users of the Tax Engine, ensuring smooth adoption and usage. Engine Excellence: Contribute to continuous enhancement and maintenance of the Tax Engine for accurate tax calculations and compliance evaluations by advocating on behalf of our clients and partnering with the Tax Research and Tax Product Teams. Collaborative Solution Delivery: Partnering with other Global Client Success team members, and wider Equus teams and companies to deliver sustainable long-term solutions and to continuously strive to improve internal processes. Continuous Improvement: Continuously monitor, measure, and feedback into enhancing processes and driving efficiency and effectiveness. Bachelors degree in Tax, Accounting, Technology or other related field (or equivalent experience). 2-3 years of Expatriate Tax or Employment Tax experience preferably a mix of in-house from a Multinational Company and/or Big4. Qualifications such as CTA, ATT (or equivalent). Demonstrated expertise in employment taxes and expatriate taxation including tax planning and compliance for employees. Good understanding of tax regulations, double tax treaties, and social security agreements relevant to global mobility. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, adept at utilizing formulas for problem-solving and data analysis. Excellent analytical abilities to interpret complex tax-related data. Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance in tax calculations. Great communication skills to convey complex tax concepts to non-tax professionals and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams. Passion for staying up to date with the latest trends in expatriate tax and technology. Desired Additional certifications relevant to expatriate tax management, international tax, or global mobility tax issues. Experience utilizing Atlassian software including Confluence and Jira, or similar. Previous experience in using the Equus Mobile Workforce Platform or similar technologies. *Sponsorships not available. What is Equus?
