THE SKILLS YOU BRING

• Bachelor’s degree required (accounting major preferred); MBA/MS in Accounting preferred
• Minimum of one year corporate state tax experience. Some public accounting experience is preferred but not required.
• Sound technical tax and/or accounting skills for area of expertise
• Ability to organize data, conduct tax research, perform independent analysis, and provide explanations/conclusions to management
• Strong computer skills, especially Excel including the use of advanced formulas (VLOOKUPs, PivotTables, etc.). Knowledge of OneSource Tax Products is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with professionals at all levels
• Solid organization skills and ability to work independently with limited supervision as well as a contributing team member

Base Pay Range: $55000 - $95000 USD
An individual’s position in the range is determined by the specific role, the scope and responsibilities of the role, work experience, education, certification(s), training, and additional qualifications. We review internal pay, the competitive market, and business environment prior to extending an offer.
Incentive Compensation: This position is eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan.
