SUMMARY DESCRIPTION: The Tax Analyst is responsible for supporting the Company’s income tax function. This includes preparation and assistance with the Company’s income tax compliance requirements for federal, state/local, and international jurisdictions; preparation and assistance with the quarterly/annual income tax provision process; and support of all other income tax functions of the business.   SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Assist in the preparation of federal, state and international income tax compliance, including preparing estimated income tax payments and extensions, as well as all related analysis, administrative support and supporting documentation. OneSource Income Tax utilized. * Assist in the preparation of the annual and interim ASC 740 provision process utilizing OneSource Tax Provision. * Assist with SOX 404 compliance and reporting as they relate to tax matters. * Prepare and support responses to federal and state notices and tax audit inquiries. * Responsible for maintaining fixed asset tax depreciation (SAGE). * Contribute to tax department and organization special projects as assigned.  POSITION/TRAINING REQUIREMENTS AND PREFERENCES * BS degree in Accounting. * Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). * CPA or actively working toward CPA license. * 1-3 years of work experience in federal, state and/or international income tax compliance and accounting. * Familiarity with financial reporting systems a plus. * Experience utilizing tax tools and software to maximize efficiency of tax compliance and tax provision process (e.g., OneSource Income Tax and Provision, Bloomberg Tax, Sage etc.) a plus. * Exposure to technical skills and compliance knowledge in U.S. federal, state and international income tax areas a plus. * In-office four days per week  PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES * Ability to work in a collaborative and cross functional organization. * Strong process orientation; well-structured and well organized. * Diligence and determination in problem solving. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Self-starter with a strong work ethic, intellectual curiosity, and a passion for a fast paced environment. * Ability to handle multiple assignments and manage competing priorities with tight deadlines with a positive attitude. * Willingness to learn new areas of taxation.  EEO-M/F/D/V
