Tax analyst - - - - - - - - - - - - • Etudier, préparer, documenter tout sujet de fiscalité directe et/ou indirecte, nationale et/ou internationale en fonction des priorités du département fiscal. • Participer aux travaux sur l’identification des risques potentiels et à leur sécurisation sous la supervision des membres de l’équipe. • S’impliquer éventuellement dans les réflexions visant à identifier des sources potentielles d’optimisation. • Réaliser une veille technique efficiente afin de permettre une mise à jour des règles fiscales Groupe assurant le respect des règles en vigueur au niveau national et/ou international. • Participer à l’élaboration des réponses aux questions basiques des autorités fiscales. • Réaliser des déclarations fiscales spécifiques complexes et qualitatives et/ou impliquant des retraitements extra-comptables. • Gérer le calcul des prix de transfert PF, SF et RPSM/FA et les ajustements nécessaires en fonction de la Politique Groupe Prix de transferts et procéder aux analyses nécessaires. * Study, prepare and document all direct and/or indirect, national and/or international tax issues in line with the Tax Department's priorities. * Participate in work on identifying potential risks and securing them under the supervision of team members. * Participate in discussions aimed at identifying potential sources of optimization. * Maintain an efficient technical watch to ensure that the Group's tax rules are up to date and comply with national and/or international regulations. * Participate in the preparation of answers to basic questions from tax authorities. * Produce specific tax returns that are complex and qualitative and/or involve extra-accounting restatements. * Manage the calculation of PF, SF and RPSM/FA transfer prices and the necessary adjustments in line with the Group Transfer Pricing Policy, and carry out the necessary analyses.
