Job Description Tax Reporting and Compliance Prepare and file tax returns including VAT, withholding taxes, fringe benefit tax, corporate income tax, and documentary stamp tax via EFPS Reconcile tax liabilities and compute tax payments prior to electronic filing Prepare annual tax compliances including Information Returns (Forms 1604F, 1604E, 1604C) and annual alphalist Submit annual books of accounts and tax listings such as monthly alphalist and input/output VAT Audit and Regulatory Support Assist in tax, regulatory, and statutory audits Assist to respond to Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) inquiries, Letters of Authority (LOAs), and government regulatory assessments Administrative and Documentation Process business permits, tax clearances, and related regulatory documents for all locations Maintain and file tax, legal, and financial records in accordance with established guidelines and regulatory requirements Support corporate secretary functions and bidding requirements including tax treaty applications and tax residency certificates Qualifications Graduate of BS Accountancy or its equivalent, preferably CPA  Minimum of 2 years experience in Finance / Accounting, focused in Tax  Must be updated with tax regulations Additional Information Work Schedule: Hybrid Must be flexible  Work under pressure  Good communication and interpersonal skills.  Able to build trust, respect and confidentiality.  Acts quickly and decisively; able to make tough calls.
