We are now seeking a Tax and Compliance Manager to lead our tax and compliance functions across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring full compliance with Australian and international tax laws and regulatory requirements.
This role will support strategic goals by ensuring tax efficiency, minimising risk, and delivering accurate reporting, and will provide advice to senior leaders, oversee audits, and manage global regulatory and advisory relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation and lodgment of all tax returns and statutory filings in Australia and relevant international jurisdictions (e.g. GST, income tax, PAYG, FBT, withholding tax, VAT)
  • Maintain compliance with tax laws and changes in regulations across all operating regions
  • Key liaison with external tax advisors on all regulatory filings and compliance including FBT, Transfer Pricing, Income Tax, R&D and GST
  • Provide strategic tax planning to optimize tax efficiency and support business expansion or restructuring.
  • Advise business stakeholders on tax implications of new products or new jurisdictions.
  • Prepare and implement robust forecasting procedures including cash tax planning, franking credits, utilization of tax losses (and relevant regulatory tests).
  • Advise tax/regulatory implications for shareholder distributions and entity structures
  • Advise on cross-border transactions, transfer pricing, and permanent establishment risks.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant financial, corporate, and regulatory requirements both in Australia and abroad (e.g. ASIC, ATO, ATOL, IATA etc…).
  • Liaise with external regulators, auditors, and legal advisors as needed.
  • Collaborate with finance and legal teams in foreign jurisdictions to ensure alignment on tax and regulatory issues.
  • Oversee the registration and compliance requirements for foreign entities, branches, or subsidiaries.
