1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the ongoing project.
2. Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost reports.
3. Monitor project expenses to ensure alignment with the approved budget.
4. Provide requisite support in processing invoices, payments, and reimbursements for ongoing projects in a timely manner.
5. Reconcile project accounts and manage accounts payable/receivable.
6. Collaborate with project managers, stakeholders, and other team members to ensure financial transparency.
7. Responsible for periodic preparation and filling of corporate tax returns, ensuring timely and accurate submissions to tax authorities.
8. Monitor and ensure compliance with local, state, federal, and international tax regulations.
9. Maintain accurate documentation of tax filings, calculations, and related financial records.
10. Provide support in the formulation of policies and strategies for tax optimization for business operations and transactions.
11. Coordinate with relevant stakeholders during tax audits, respond to queries from tax authorities and resolve any discrepancies.
12. Maintain and update the fixed asset register with proper accurate and timely information and documentation.
13. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensuring adequacy of insurance on company’s assets
14. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to asset maintenance costs and strict implementation maintenance schedules to ensure the optimal performance.
