Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our real estate company in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounting operations, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with UAE accounting and VAT regulations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger entries.
  • Prepare and process invoices, payments, and receipts.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and account reconciliations.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports.
  • Handle VAT calculations, filings, and compliance.
  • Assist with budgeting and financial analysis.
  • Maintain proper documentation and accounting records.
  • Support external auditors during annual audits.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in the UAE real estate sector.
  • Knowledge of UAE VAT regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (such as Tally, QuickBooks, or Zoho Books).
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Good written and spoken English.
