FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Tax Associate to join our team in Sharjah & Ajman Area

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Prepare and file tax returns accurately and in a timely manner.
Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations and ensure compliance.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather relevant data for tax calculations and reporting.
Maintain accurate and organized tax records and documentation.
Assist in analyzing tax implications of business decisions and provide recommendations.
Respond to inquiries from tax authorities and provide necessary documentation.
Support tax audits and reviews, as needed.

Contribute to the development and improvement of tax processes and procedures.

  • Make VAT returns filings on the FTA portal
  • Coordination with clients to collate required data for filing of returns. Ensure timely filling of correct, complete return
  • Ensure the accurate and timely processing of VAT payments
  • Stay abreast of VAT developments in the UAE
  • Assist with handling correspondence with the FTA and the management of tax audits
  • Assist with the collation of management information on the cost of VAT to the group

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Qualifications Required: Graduate / Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, taxation, finance, or related field.
Proficiency in relevant tax software and MS Office Suite.

2 YEARS EXPERIENCE MINIMUM WITH TAX / AUDIT OFFICE MUST

Can join immediately preferred
work location Sharjah Sajaa or Ajman
preferred have driving license
exeprience with face to face consultation
