HYBRID PART TIME 4 TO10 HOURS A WEEK - REMAINING TIME MUST BE ONSITE

We are seeking a proactive and experienced professional to serve as the project management specialist. This role will provide as needed leadership and support to a team responsible for reviewing and processing:

• Personal Income Tax Returns
• Withholding Tax Returns
• Gross Receipts Tax
• Business Licensing Applications

The Lead will ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all processing activities while serving as a point of contact for escalations and guidance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3+ years of experience in tax processing or a related field
• Strong understanding of tax regulations and compliance standards
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in relevant software systems

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee and support the tax processing team’s daily operations
• Review complex or escalated filings for accuracy and compliance
• Train and mentor team members on procedures, systems, and regulatory updates
• Monitor workflow and ensure timely completion of tasks
• Collaborate with management to improve processes and resolve issues
• Maintain documentation and reporting for audit and performance tracking
• Serve as a liaison between the team and other departments or external entities
