You are a smart, easy-going and motivated person who already has some work experience in taxes, audit or accounting (2+ years) but has a feeling that it is time for a change in your life. If this is the case, we can offer you to join our Corporate Tax Services practice, within our Tax department. If you wish to see how Corporate Taxes intertwine with Transfer Pricing, VAT, or some other tax groups, this is not a problem because we encourage diversity in our team – some may master certain areas and types of projects and some may seek wider playground. What are we looking for: Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics At least 2 years of experience in Tax Consulting/Accounting/Audit environment Excellent knowledge of English language (written and spoken) A high level of MS Office proficiency Excellent communication skills and developed interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and provide solutions for business problems through research and consulting with subject matter experts The role: You’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience. Specific responsibilities include, among others: Providing proactive assistance with the management of several clients, while reporting to Managers and above, working in a team where you will be establishing close relationship with junior staff and more senior colleagues Assisting with the buy side and sell side of tax due diligence Assisting with advising clients on the structuring of business transactions and tax implications thereof Reviewing/preparing annual corporate income tax returns Researching complex tax issues Interpreting tax legislation and writing advice on the tax consequences of various ad hoc queries.
