Description
Prepare and review employer tax documents for employers ensuring accuracy and compliance with local tax legislation. Prepare and review Malaysian individual tax returns for expatriates ensuring accuracy and compliance with local and international tax legislation Manage tax equalisation calculations and hypothetical tax assessments for expatriates Monitor and ensure timely submission of personal tax returns and payments Provide Malaysian tax advisory services to clients regarding international tax issues including taxation treaties, foreign tax credits and double taxation relief. Advise clients on tax-efficient structuring of employee assignments and compensation packages Assist in the development and implementation of global mobility policies and procedures Build and maintain strong relationships with clients understanding their business needs and providing tailored tax solutions Collaborate with clients, HR and payroll departments to gather necessary information for tax compliance Assist in the development of technical training materials and deliver training sessions to clients and internal teams Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, Business or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Work location: Kuala Lumpur/ Penang. We're looking for an agile, responsive individual who seeks technical and operational excellence.
