Job Description As a Tax Compliance Assistant, you will work in close collaboration with the members of the team who are in charge of the management of international tax compliance matters, mainly QI, FATCA and AEOI. You will have a wide range of tasks which include: Perform operational tasks relating to tax compliance matters, including controls on various Excel files; Collect, review, and validate client tax documentation, including assisting in the preparation of client communications, handling client feedback and responses, managing incoming e-mails; Assist the team in the implementation and monitoring of AEOI, FATCA, and QI obligations; Ensure data quality and maintain accurate records in internal systems. Qualifications Proven experience in an administrative department, preferably in the banking and insurance sector or within a fiduciary company, and/or you have knowledge of various banking regulations; University degree in Law, Economics, Finance (or similar) is a plus; Excel skills are a must; Excellent knowledge of French and English (any other language is an asset); Strong team-spirit and ability to organise own workload autonomously.
