JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Tax & Accounting Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients with tax compliance and registration processes, particularly focusing on UAE VAT and Corporate Tax requirements. This role includes client consultations, preparation of service proposals, and providing guidance on tax and accounting best practices.

KEY SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Min 2 years of experience in tax filing, compliance, or advisory (UAE experience preferred).
  • Solid knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, FTA portal, and accounting softwares.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities
  • Accurately prepare and submit VAT and Corporate Tax (CT) returns in compliance with UAE regulations.
  • Manage FTA portal registrations for VAT and Corporate Tax for new and existing clients.
  • Meet with prospective clients to understand their bookkeeping, accounting, and tax compliance needs.
  • Prepare and send detailed proposals outlining services, timelines, and pricing.
  • Provide ongoing advisory and support on tax planning, obligations, and deadlines.
  • Stay current with UAE tax law changes and communicate updates to clients effectively.
  • Coordinate internally to ensure timely delivery of services and maintain high client satisfaction.
  • Maintain organized records of client interactions, tax submissions, and documentation.
