Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with tax advisory projects, including business restructurings, succession planning and shareholder matters
• Preparing tax computations, technical memos and client advice under the guidance of senior team members
• Managing the tax compliance obligations of SMEs and their shareholders, including corporation tax, income tax and capital taxes
• Supporting transaction-related work such as business sales, acquisitions and reorganisations
• Building strong relationships with clients through regular communication and participation in client meetings
• Liaising with colleagues across audit, accounts and advisory teams to deliver integrated solutions
• Assisting with research into technical tax matters and legislative changes
• Supporting and mentoring trainees and junior members of the team
• Contributing to business development initiatives where appropriate
