  • Advise large corporate clients on UK and international tax matters, delivering bespoke, commercially focused solutions.
  • Build and sustain trusted client relationships, lead engagements, and drive new business through referrals and networking.
  • Oversee client compliance obligations, including corporate tax returns and tax accounting/reporting requirements.
  • Lead and mentor teams, fostering development and encouraging continuous learning and growth.
  • Collaborate to solve complex tax issues creatively and proactively seek opportunities to enhance client value.
  • Contribute to the strategic direction of the Listed and Inbound Tax Team, embracing innovation and technology to improve project delivery.

THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU IF:

  • Hold a recognised tax qualification (e.g. ACA, ATT, CTA, CA, ACCA or international equivalent) or possess equivalent professional experience, including international credentials.
  • Demonstrate extensive advisory expertise with UK and international large corporate tax clients, alongside strong UK corporate tax knowledge and review capabilities.
  • Confidently interpret statutory accounts and assess UK tax computations, accounting, and group reporting for accuracy, completeness, and strategic insights.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain internal and external networks, both domestically and internationally, with leadership experience across senior stakeholder groups.
  • Skilled in business development through referrals, networking, and identifying client opportunities, with a strong grasp of UK and global business issues.
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills, enabling effective engagement with colleagues and clients at all levels.
