Hello, I’m Océane, Recruitment and Business Development Consultant at Fed Finance, a recruitment firm specializing in accounting, finance, and payroll professions. I focus on both temporary and permanent recruitment in the Greater Montreal area.
I am currently looking for a Tax Director for my client, an accounting firm with around 150 employees. This is a permanent position with a 37.5-hour workweek. The firm offers great flexibility in terms of hours and remote work, as well as many benefits (time bank, social activities, 4-day workweek, vacation weeks, etc.).

The responsibilities are as follows:

  • Review corporate, individual, partnership, and trust tax returns for the firm’s various clients.
  • Write memorandums for tax reorganizations.
  • Meet with various clients to provide tax advice.
  • Collaborate with other professionals in the firm to provide tax guidance on client-related issues.
  • Conduct tax research on specific matters related to the firm’s diverse clientele.
  • Prepare tax training for employees within the organization. Therefore, you should have an interest in taking further tax education courses.
