The position will ensure that business is supported timely in line with the Group and Transfer Pricing Tax Policies.
It will support the proper assessments of current and future risks, and formulation and implementation of appropriate policies and procedures in the countries, in order to contribute to the realization of optimal compliance, positive assurance and Corporate Social Responsibility.
It will support the local finance team, to allow proper compliance in line with Group and Transfer Pricing Tax Policies, in order to contribute to achieve timely, correct and complete compliance.
It will build and maintain relationships with various internal stakeholders, auditors, consultants, advisors, and tax authorities, in order to realize high quality advice, operational excellence, and accuracy.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES

  • Provide timely and accurate tax reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Cooperate with finance team to maintain appropriate reporting system to fulfil all requirements and with the others functions to optimize tax risks.
  • Supporting Management’s decisions with tax perspective, analysis, and ad hoc
  • Monitor, support, and advise on transfer pricing issues.
  • Contribute to the development of changes to or revisions of the operational model, the ways of working and the associated instructions and guidelines.
  • Educate and address training for internal resources on the business model, tax, and transfer pricing relevant issues, to enable them to create awareness on the issue.
  • Give advice for regular or new business activities (e.g., M&A) that may impact the tax consequences and transfer pricing set up.
  • Advise on cross-border tax issues such as transfer pricing, factoring in other impacts as withholding taxes, tax deductibility, etc.
  • Monitor contingent tax issues and assist in case of APAs, tax audit, and tax controversies working closely with the local teams.
  • Study and assess the impact of the regulatory and practical changes (e.g., BEPS actions). Develop scenarios to help understand the ETR impacts. Assist in develop tax plan to address the changes. Work with the business to implement the necessary changes to transfer pricing policy to ensure The Group is BEPS compliant.
  • Support the local teams in case of tax compliance issues and to ensure that all TP-related documents (e.g., local TP file) are compliant and ready for potential tax audit.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Solid background in tax accounting, direct and indirect tax matters, and transfer pricing.
  • Fluent English
