Provide strategic tax advice to senior management on complex business and taxation matters.
Lead Corporate Tax, VAT, Withholding Tax and Transfer Pricing matters.
Develop tax-efficient structures while ensuring regulatory compliance.
Advise on tax implications of M&A, restructuring, investments and major business transactions.
Manage tax planning, compliance, audits, assessments and tax risk across multiple businesses.
Represent and coordinate with tax authorities on audits, disputes, appeals and negotiations.
