As Tax Incentives Manager / Senior Manager, you will provide advisory services to a multiple range of clients and you will have an excellent opportunity to play a key role in EY’s rapidly growing and dynamic Incentives practice.

Responsibilities

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Generate revenue through identifying follow-on engagement opportunities and developing lasting relationships with clients;
  • Identify potential risks and opportunities to improve processes and acquire new business;
  • Lead workstreams from planning to implementation – managing resources and budgets effectively;
  • Business advisory in technical projects, focused in Financial Incentives and Tax Benefits, for a multiple range of clients;
  • Managing, coaching, and developing junior resources and peers, focusing on their technical and client service skills to develop their career;
  • Be aware of potential business opportunities with SMEs, Public Organizations, Scientific and Technological System Entities;
  • Contribute to the team’s good productivity and motivation with good communication and cooperation to guarantee the best result.

TO QUALIFY FOR THE ROLE, YOU MUST HAVE

  • Academic Degree in Economics, Tax, Engineering or similar fields of study;
  • At least 5 years of work experience in business tax advisory, specifically in Incentives and R&D technical matters;
  • Experience in consulting environment is valued;
  • Technical knowledge about local and global Tax Incentives and systems;
  • Ability to work in multicultural projects and environments;
  • Full English proficiency.
