You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills. As part of the Software Engineering team you are expected to perform end-to-end development including UI/Service development along with programming/scripting for test automation. As an Associate you are expected to focus on learning and contributing to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You are expected to be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful client connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by enhancing your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.
