Execute our tax rate management service - preparing, applying and verifying changes to tax rates for GI clients, to ensure accurate and on time application of tax rate and position updates. Become a subject matter expert on the Shareworks Tax Engine - You'll troubleshoot customer issues and support internal teams in getting quick solutions, as well as providing training to internal audiences. Become a subject matter expert on the Global Intelligence platform. You'll use your deep understanding of the application to work with the development team, testing new features and bug fixes, as well as troubleshooting production issues raised by clients. Execute data maintenance and migration activities as needed. Support requests for Tax Engine support from other groups across the organization, to aid the organization in standardizing on the Tax Engine. Become an expert in ad-hoc report creation, able to support the implementations and CSM teams with report creation/customization requests and troubleshooting. Become an expert in EEO tax functionality and support integration work between the EEO and Global Intelligence development teams. Be able to manage your time and priorities while delivering work to a very high degree of accuracy. Keep stakeholders and team members updated on progress toward agreed plans, including proactively communicating delays and ensuring affected parties understand current status. Build on best practices, procedures, and processes to ensure world class customer delivery Feeding client requirements and market trends into the Shareworks and Global Intelligence development roadmaps, including: o Identifying product bugs and/or errors and properly escalating where required o Identifying client needs not currently met by the product Bachelor's degree or similar area of focus Highly tech-oriented person capable of understanding complexities of Software as a Service (SaaS) Incredible attention to detail Practical experience, preferably in financial services, tax industry or equity compensation. Fluency in both oral and written English is required; additional spoken and written languages are an asset. Team player mentality and place a high value on building strong relationships Comfortable delivering effective presentations to a variety of audiences Demonstrated competency with common technology and technical concepts, including: Software as a Service (SaaS), Microsoft Excel.
