Job Title: Tax Investigator Caller Location: Pittsburgh, PA metro (Onsite Only — No Remote) Employment Type: Part-Time or Full-Time Part-Time Hours: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM EST Full-Time Hours: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM EST THE ROLE We're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Tax Investigator Caller to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be the voice of our company, contacting the IRS on behalf of clients, gathering critical information, and working alongside experienced tax professionals to deliver exceptional results. No prior tax experience required. Just bring your communication skills, your work ethic, and your willingness to learn.
