Job Description Under minimal supervision, to manage and lead large multinational clients under Global Compliance Outsourcing. Ability to assist Multinational clients without minimal support Is confident to present and lead with client discussions Ability to manage difficult conversations with clients and know when to bring in the Partner or AD to support Through the effective working relationships built within the client business to understand their requirements, suggests improvements to processes that better deliver to the business needs. Differentiators for this specific role: Tax Compliance in Africa Global compliance and reporting Worked on Multinational clients before Close to the trends in Africa and where Revenue Authorities are going Has good knowledge of Tax and accounting Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Account/Finance and Honours Degree in Taxation (ideally) Project Management qualification (ideally) Two/three years of experience within the same function Experience preferably within professional services.
