The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Lawyer to join our leading law firm in Dubai. The successful candidate will provide expert tax advice, assist clients with complex tax issues, and ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations. This role requires a detail-oriented and strategic thinker passionate about delivering excellent client service within a dynamic legal environment. Responsibilities: - Provide comprehensive tax advice to individual and corporate clients on UAE and international tax matters. - Draft and review tax-related legal documents, contracts, and agreements. - Conduct research and stay updated on changes in tax legislation and regulations within the UAE and globally. - Assist clients with tax planning, compliance, and dispute resolution. - Represent clients in negotiations and discussions with tax authorities and other regulatory bodies. - Collaborate with other practice areas to offer holistic legal solutions to clients. - Prepare and deliver presentations or training for internal teams and clients about tax-related topics.

Requirements

• Law degree with specialization or significant experience in tax law. - Licensed to practice law in the UAE or relevant jurisdiction. - Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing tax law, preferably within the UAE market. - Strong knowledge of UAE tax laws, VAT regulations, and international tax principles. - Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients and work collaboratively with teams. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. - Demonstrated commitment to high ethical standards and professional integrity.
