Job Description Be responsible for tax incentives projects Preparation of local file, RPT forms, and master file Collection, preparation & analysis of financial data, legal documents and other relevant info required for local tax filings and any other statutory requirements. Prepare VAT, CIT, WHT and various tax and statutory filings. Lead or cooperate with the tax audit work of external audit institutions, and assist in the preparation of audit materials and communication on issues. Review current tax, deferred tax, and tax cash flow forecasts. Establish and improve the tax risk early warning and internal control system, conduct regular internal tax health checks, identify potential risk points and formulate prevention and control measures. Participate in major decisions such as corporate mergers, acquisitions, reorganizations, and new business expansion, provide professional tax impact assessment and plan support, and avoid tax risks in decision-making. Coordinate/provide tax advisory and handle complex tax matters of plants. Assist with all tax operational matters and identify potential compliance issues. Identify opportunities to optimize the tax operation process as relevant. Support M&A projects and other ad hoc projects as required. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting or Taxation. Above 5 years of working experience in related areas. MNC / Big 4 is preferred. CPA or CTA is preferred as a plus. Detail-oriented, organized and demonstrated ability to multi-task. Good communication skills. Fluent in Chinese and English. Willing to travel.
