About the Role: The Tax Manager plays a critical role in ensuring full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations while supporting accurate financial reporting and operational efficiency. This position serves as the main liaison between internal teams, external tax consultants, and regulatory authorities. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical tax expertise, strong analytical skills, and the ability to navigate complex tax matters within a multinational business environment. Beyond core tax responsibilities, this role also supports cost accounting, inventory reconciliation, and the annual financial audit process, contributing to overall financial integrity and organizational compliance.           Responsibilities:   * Manage the end-to-end tax lifecycle by providing accurate financial data and preliminary calculations (VAT, WHT, and CIT) to external consultants. * Perform rigorous reviews of consultant-prepared tax returns to ensure alignment with internal books and local regulations. * Facilitate the approval workflow with the Controller team and coordinate with Finance for timely tax fund transfers. * Oversee the filing process and ensure all official payment receipts (BPN/NTPN) are properly archived. * Act as the primary internal lead for tax audits, coordinating data retrieval and responses between consultants and the Tax Office. * Manage SP2DK (tax explanation requests) by providing comprehensive documentation to ensure all tax matters are formally resolved and closed. * Collaborate with the Accounting team to provide tax schedules and documentation for both internal and external Financial Statement (FS) audits. * Ensure tax accounts are accurately reflected in the financial statements during the month-end and year-end closing processes. * Maintain a robust audit trail of all tax filings, approvals, and correspondence for compliance purposes. * Provide technical tax guidance to internal stakeholders regarding commercial contracts and intercompany transactions. * Collaborate with the Finance team to review COGS and verify that the resulting Gross Profit margins align with the targets established by HQ. * Reconcile import data against PIB (Import Declaration) and align inventory balances with the logistics team's records. * Provide necessary data and documentation to external 3rd party for Financial Statement preparation and support external auditors for the annual FS audit process.       Qualifications & Competencies: * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation. * Tax Brevet A, B, & C certfiication * Certified Tax Consultant (BKP) strongly preferred. * Extensive experience in Indonesian corporate tax, preferably within a multinational environment.  * Deep understanding of current Indonesian tax regulations and the new Coretax system implementation. * Proficiency in e-Faktur, e-SPT, and related tax platforms. * Working knowledge of Oracle, a plus. * Strong analytical and research skills. * Detail oriented and organized.
