Responsibilities Managing all tax obligations and processes for Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina (corporate income tax, VAT, withholding taxes, transfer pricing) Ensuring full tax and regulatory compliance with applicable legislation (taxes, finance, e-invoicing, archiving) Monitoring and implementing changes in tax and accounting regulations Coordinating and collaborating with external tax advisors, auditors, and relevant authorities Tax planning and optimization of the Group’s tax position Preparation, review, and validation of tax returns and calculations Supporting the preparation of statutory financial statements in accordance with local legislation and IFRS Coordinating the external audit process, including documentation preparation and communication with auditors Participating in tax audits and inspections Line management and development of one team member (work organization, mentoring, quality control) Advisory support to finance and management on tax and accounting matters Qualifications University degree in Economics, Business Administration 5 to 7 years of experience in tax and accounting/finance in a production company Local tax knowledge in the Republic of Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina. Financial accounting and reporting regulation knowledge in the Republic of Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina Developed computer skills SAP knowledge desirable Fluent in English Collaborative and self motivated Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Strong communication skills to explain complex tax matters to non-experts
