YOUR SKILL SET

  • A master’s degree or an above-average bachelor degree in business administration, economics or law. A focus on tax / international tax; an LLM in international tax would be considered an asset.
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience in taxation and M&A related tax matters in an international environment. Experience with private equity or real estate clients is considered an asset.
  • You have experience in managing and coordinating of multi-country tax projects.
  • Ability to lead and coach a team of senior associates / associates on a complex tax project.
  • You are flexible, persistent, open to challenging and complex situations and have a team and customer-oriented personality with excellent communication skills.
  • At the interface between economics and law, you have a flair for numbers, models and evaluations as well as for the underlying legal issues.
  • You have very good written and spoken English skills; German and/or additional language skills are a plus.
