WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING Work closely with our Product and Growth teams to enable the development of financial products and related tax topics. Own our international markets as a subject matter expert for tax topics that relate to the entire product range of Trade Republic: securities, crypto, current accounts, cards. Drive tax product changes, improvements and requirements: frontend to backend. Ensure compliance with local tax reporting requirements, for customers and tax authorities. Coordinate with our external partners, including financial institutions, service providers and tax advisors. Analyze existing and upcoming tax laws regarding their impact on Trade Republic’s existing and future business and take responsibility for necessary implementation. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR You don't need to be a capital markets tax expert, we are looking for someone who has a tax background and is willing to deep dive into everything tax with a passion for capital markets. Experience in the financial services / banking sector is a plus. Strong communicator with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, clearly articulate complex tax topics succinctly.
