Position Overview: We are hiring a Tax Manager or Senior Tax Manager with strong expertise in real estate partnerships to join a nationally respected CPA firm. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated tax leader looking to work with complex partnership structures in a firm known for its technical excellence and employee-first culture. Key Responsibilities: Review and manage complex federal and state tax returns, especially for real estate partnerships. Advise clients on tax planning and compliance strategies. Supervise, mentor, and train junior staff and coordinate with partners. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely delivery of tax services. Stay current with changes in tax laws impacting real estate clients. Qualifications: CPA designation required. 5+ years of recent public accounting experience, preferably with real estate partnerships. Strong technical tax knowledge and client communication skills.
