In this strategic position, you will actively shape the international tax landscape of the ITS Division while working closely with the CFO, the Group Finance team, and local finance teams across the globe. As a trusted business partner to management and international stakeholders, you will play a vital role in supporting the financial governance of a dynamic and fast-growing international group. Job Description Co-manage and oversee international tax matters across the entire ITS Group Act as the central point of contact for subsidiaries on transfer pricing matters Design, maintain, and monitor the global transfer pricing model, including functional and risk analyses, benchmarking studies, intercompany agreements, and annual transfer pricing documentation Support group companies in drafting and implementing intercompany agreements, including service level agreements, licensing arrangements, and cost-sharing models Ensure compliance with international tax regulations, including Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR), DAC6, Pillar Two / Global Minimum Tax, withholding tax obligations, and tax registrations Prepare internal and external tax reporting and continuously enhance reporting processes, KPIs, and internal controls Calculate current and deferred taxes for periodic financial statements in close collaboration with the Accounting and Controlling teams Prepare, maintain, and review tax and transfer pricing documentation while establishing a centralized documentation and tax policy framework Support tax audits and provide structured tax guidance for mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions Drive process improvement and digitalization initiatives within the tax function Qualifications Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, or a comparable qualification with a focus on taxation Several years of relevant professional experience in international taxation, particularly transfer pricing, gained within a multinational corporation and/or a consulting environment Strong expertise in transfer pricing, international tax, and financial reporting (IFRS and local GAAP); exposure to BEPS 2.0 / Pillar Two is an advantage Excellent written and spoken German and English Proactive, self-driven personality with the ability to communicate complex tax regulations and structures in a clear and practical manner Strong analytical mindset with the ability to think strategically and across functions High level of initiative, a solution-oriented approach, and the ability to quickly understand and navigate complex business environments Additional Information Attractive salary: depending on experience; development opportunities within the SWARCO Group Work-Life-Balance: flexible working hours, home office, part-time options and additional vacation days Training and development: comprehensive onboarding program as well as various offers over the SWARCO Academy, individual trainings and job rotation possibility worldwide Mobility: free parking, good accessibility by public transport, electric cars for private use and bike leasing Internationality: collegial and multicultural environment with varied tasks in a successful group with family DNA Health & fitness: on-site massage and sports facilities as well as a well-equipped, ergonomic workplace in a modern office building Social responsibility: we live sustainability, find more information here Food & drink: meal allowance, use of a canteen, fruit, snacks, and various drinks for free Company events: Christmas party, company runs and much more Further benefits: with partner companies and sport events, recommendation program and appreciative gifts on special occasions We offer a very attractive and performance-related salary, which is based on your qualifications and professional experience.
