Job Description We are looking for you as a Tax Manager, Transfer Pricing (m/f/diverse) to support our area Automotive Finance and Controlling at the location in Frankfurt. Your tasks will focus on the following activities: Evaluation and documentation of restructurings and value chain transformation projects, including transfer of functions and valuation of intangibles Discussions with German and foreign tax authorities, in particular as part of the defense of Continental transfer pricing in tax audits Being contact partner for German and foreign group companies with regard to transfer pricing topics Preparation of the global and local transfer pricing documentation of Continental Group (Masterfile, Local File) Carrying out data analyses and preparation of reports with regard to transfer pricing topics, including FAR and DEMPE analyses Coordination and implementation of advance pricing agreements and dispute resolution processes worldwide Review and further development of Continental’s transfer pricing business model and policies Participation in and advice to other projects relevant from a transfer pricing perspective, including M&A projects and other restructuring projects Qualifications The ideal candidate (m/f/diverse) will possess the following qualifications: Academic degree in Economics, Business Administration or similar, including graduation as "Diplom-Finanzwirt", or Law Some years of work experiences in a tax advisory company, in-house tax department of multinational entities or tax authorities with the main subject in the fields of transfer pricing Expert knowledge of German and international transfer pricing principles Good knowledge of German and International tax principles Advanced German and English language skills (written and spoken) Solid knowledge of MS Office Good analytical and communication skills as well as independent way of working Problem-solving mindset, strong commitment, advanced analytical and excellent communication skills as well as team spirit attitude Applications from severely handicapped people are welcome.
