The "Tax Operations" team within the "Digital & Operations" division is responsible for the operational securities tax processes of HVB and its international branches. This includes, in addition to the processes themselves, the implementation and project-based execution of changes in tax legislation, as well as operational activities in this area. The focus is on topics such as withholding tax, FATCA, CRS, financial transaction taxes, and foreign withholding taxes & QI. 


We are looking for a dedicated intern to join our dynamic team and work in a highly flexible environment characterized by constantly changing regulatory requirements from home and abroad.

  • Active professional participation in projects (e.g., for the implementation of changes in tax legislation or one of the bank's largest insourcing projects to date) 
  • Independent handling of topics 
  • Development of solutions and implementation support 
  • Close collaboration with the internal tax department and colleagues in the foreign branches. 
  • Identification of optimization potential and implementation of appropriate measures 
  • Exciting and very flexible environment, due to constantly changing regulatory requirements both domestically and internationally.
