• CPA or Tax Attorney license
• 3–7+ years of experience, with a strong foundation in tax return preparation and review
• Interest and capability in tax strategy, IRS representation, and client-facing advisory
• Strong communication skills — must be comfortable explaining complex tax strategies clearly to clients
• Proven ability to review tax returns, handle tax planning engagements, and support IRS notices/calls
• Open to learning, evolving with internal systems, and participating in process improvement

  Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
