POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking an experienced Tax Preparer with an established clientele base to join our growing team. Whether you are an independent preparer looking for a professional office environment or someone seeking additional support and resources to better serve your clients, we want to hear from you!
For preparers with a client base of 100+ clients, we also offer EFIN Assistance to streamline operations and help you maximize your practice’s potential.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of [2] proven tax preparation experience
• Established clientele base (required but not a deal breaker)
• PTIN required
• Strong knowledge of federal and state tax codes
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

• Prepare and file individual and business tax returns accurately and timely
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with professionalism and confidentiality
• Provide guidance to clients on tax strategies, deductions, and compliance
• Stay updated on federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations
• Collaborate with firm leadership to ensure the highest level of service
